New logo. Same Rebel. Deeper clarity.

For the last 5 years, Rebel Yoga Malta has been my base.
Yoga was the beginning — but never the limit.

Over time, my work naturally expanded into sport & therapeutic massage, kinesiology and movement-based therapy.
Not as separate things, but as one connected language of the body.

Yoga principles shape how I touch in massage.
Massage informs how I teach movement.

When yoga is practiced with awareness, it can feel like a self-massage from the inside.
And when massage includes mindful movement and mobility, results go deeper and last longer.

That’s why Rebel Movement Therapy now stands as the umbrella —
with yoga, massage and kinesiology working together, not apart.

I work with people aged 11 to 90:
• high-level athletes
• office workers
• manual workers
• people recovering from injury
• people in pain from posture or repetitive strain
• people who simply want to maintain a healthy, capable body

Same values. Same Rebel spirit.
Just a clearer expression of what I already do.

Move strong. Recover deep.
