Explore the dynamic microcosm of your cells. They are the fundamental unity of life that we have in common with all life in the natural world, and the foundation of our primordial essence.

Exploring the Vital Nature of Your Endocrine System with Body-Mind Centering® with Mariko Tanabe


Your endocrine glands are a creative fountain that governs your body’s different systems. Each endocrine gland produces specific hormones that it releases directly into your bloodstream, and has a unique structure, function, energy, and mind state. They are associated with the body’s energy centres from the ancient teachings of the Chakras and are active agents in Chinese Medicine. Through movement, meditation, yoga postures and voice, we will explore the endocrine glands’ dynamic support for balancing your energy, empowering your movement, and unleashing dimensions of your creative expression and voice.

Friday, March 8, 1:00pm-3:30pm, on Zoom. $50.
All are welcome to participate at their own level of experience and comfort.

This workshop is presented by Esther Yoga Studio and will be taught in English with some French translation available if needed /Cet atelier sera enseigné en anglais avec la traduction en français possible selon le besoin./
