I’m carrying on Grandma’s tradition. When she told you to drink a shot of vinegar, to take a spoonful of cod liver oil & to eat fresh fruits & vegetables, she was right. I give plain common sense options to help you to deal with sickness and specific ailments naturally, without pharmaceuticals as wells as offering suggestions on what foods to eat and foods that you should not eat. I believe a healthy you starts with you! Proponents of naturopathy believe proper nutrition can secure & prolong health. The holy trinity of naturopathy is exercise; raw fruits & vegetables; & a daily multivitamin & mineral supplement. Many in mainstream medicine look askance at naturopathy, dismissing it as folk medicine and quackery, unsupported by hard science & reliable studies. “Natural healing has been around for thousands of years, before aspirin, people chewed on willow bark to reduce fever, pain, & inflammation.”If there is a “magic pill,” it is this: moderation & balance.
