After 6.5 years, it's time for a change 🦋💚
"Jill's Soul cleansing" was the straight forward business name I created, 6.5 years ago.
It was thought of with care and intention. It had purpose, as I did, stepping into this work with a big heart and an open mind. 🥰
I've since learned so so much and now feel like a professional, in amongst all the other professionals in this field. 🙏🏻
This work was not just for me, I had to remove my name. This work is for everyone that has or needs to go through the amazing transition- from a cacooned caterpillar to a butterfly. 🦋
For people who need to move on to find something more beautiful in their minds, in their bodies, in their hearts! ❤️ That's why I named this next leg of my journey in this field, "Reborn to Fly". 🪽

A belated HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all!! ❤️❤️

My fam and I just arrived back from an amazing cruise ship holiday yesterday! We travelled to Mystery Island and Port Vila (in Vanuatu) and Lifou and Noumea (in New Caledonia).
Will add a few highlights below 🥰🥰❤️

Hope everyone is doing ok back here!! Haven't been able to go online much but have seen some of the devistation and we flew through a lot of smoke on our flight back from Sydney, last night. 😔

In the moments of rocking back and forth in my bed in the pitch black cabin, I was thinking of ways I can give my business a change up. It's about time I give it a little make over and freshen it up a bit. For me and for my clients! You will see that all unfolding over the next couple of weeks! 💫💝

I will return with our weekly 2026 Meditation sessions next Thursday, 15th January!
Same time 630-730pm! And I will taking on clients for healing/candling etc when school goes back, Wednesday 28th Jan! See you then!! 🥰❤️

So my 2 day ear candling discount was super succesful!
So this is proof that these candles do so much to help people clear out all the yucky stuff that lies in people's ears and sinuses. 👌🏻👌🏻👂🏻🕯
Pics in comments because there were people grossed out by a bit of ear wax!! 😆
Half hour sinus massage, 15 mins per ear, per candle, $80. Very worth it!

I know these nights are cold and everyone wants to stay at home, snug as a bug in a rug...
But I have the heater on in my little forest room right now, the healing sound vibrations are gorgeous and flowing and I'm ready to hold another relaxing and healing meditation night tonight ❤️

Only a woman knows a woman.

Only a mother knows a mother.

I have no intention to ruffle any feathers here but I feel like this has to be said...

People who were born a male and think they are female so they can dress up in pretty clothes and wear make up. I'm sorry darling, you'll never be a woman. You can get all those surgeries but, you'll never be a woman.

You'll never know what it's like to bleed once a month, you'll never know the changes a woman's body will go through, you'll never be able to grow life inside of you, your body will never provide food for a baby and you'll never have to go through menopause. You will never know the sacrifices, the pain, the strength and the push that women have.
You'll never ever know.
Not all women can carry and deliver life either, that's true. But they've still lived a life as a woman and had to go through all the bodily changes.
Those that have carried, only a mother will know how you really feel.
They'll know how everything changed in that one moment, the day that their first child took their first breath. The sacrifices and how everything changed in that moment. A big moment of transition and adjustment of also being reborn as a whole new person.
It changes you. Mind, body and soul.
It's never ever how we think it to be but it creates thick skin, timeless wisdom and an understand of how far we can push ourselves and pull ourselves back together again.

Mother, I see you.

Women, I see you.

Only a woman knows.

When we talk about our traumas, our brains are sending down signals and messages to our organs, muscles and our body as a whole. You will feel all the muscles in your neck, shoulders, chest and tummy tighten up and severe cases will go one step further and turn into nausea and other sicknesses.
If you are not feeling well, you become sensitive, easily distracted, stressed, anxious, worried and depressed.
You know in yourself that your mental state affects your physical body and vice versa.
The messages that often are sent down when we speak of trauma and past pain is a FIGHT or FLIGHT response. Both are instinctual.
But you know that it's not just talking about it... it's when those thoughts, feelings, emotions start to feeling like a haunting in your brain. Sometimes it loops daily, weekly, monthly...but it always seems to keep coming back.

UNTIL we have an understanding of how to heal.
How to Face our pain, our past and ourselves.
Until we understand that our present and our future should not be dictated by something in our past.

Until you decide that you will not be ruled by a memory which is nothing now but your own imagination that replays the pain.

Our energy centres (chakras) are affected by the pain that you re live, over and over.
Our bodies try so hard to keep up... but those signals keep striking it like lightening bolts.

This is where Reiki and Meditation comes in 🤲🏻
This is when healing is needed!
This is when it is time to stand up for your life. This is the time to reclaim your happiness and be born again into a happier and confident version of yourself.

Trust me when I say this, everything I have learnt has allowed me to recover from my past and anything else that pops up along my current path. I have so much more of an understanding of my own power and what I can do for not only me, but my friends, family and clients. It's a process and it's a climb... but the view is worth it at the top 😘❤
