Prioritize Your Sleep 💤

Sleep is not just about rest - it is when your brain recharges, processes memories, and clears out toxins.

🌟 Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night.
🌱 Explore mindfulness and relaxation techniques to unwind.
💬 What is your go-to relaxation strategy? Let us know!

We recommend watching this short video we have produced if you find yourself stressed before bed (or even during the day)
