There will be no Chair Yoga August 5th. New Chair Yoga schedule begins August 8th. All level yoga this week will be in the Youth Classroom upstairs at 10am.

We will meet in UKCN parking lot at 6:45pm and car pool up there, or meet us up there at 7:15.

Bring a chair or blanket to sit on, bottle of water, drum etc.
