Absolutely buzzing to launch our Online Personal Training for ladies!

Training as a female comes with its own complications.

Having someone who understands those difficulties and can empathise goes a long way!

Having played sport at the highest level I know that training can be a grind sometimes and you need to find something you love.

You also need to have a trainer who understands your struggles but can still hold you accountable.

I have space for 5 ladies who want that accountability.

Hi everyone, with the cost of living crisis etc I have decided not to put my prices up. They have stayed the same since I have started this business in 2008 😱

I do have one small request though, with the rising prices of everything I am now starting to see a bigger hit on my card reader so where possible if I can have bank transfer or cash that would be greatly appreciated. I will of course still have my card machine, but to be able to keep my costs down cutting out the commission on that will help a lot 😊

I’m Alex and I have been established since 2008 as CORE Health and Fitness Therapy.

I studied Sports Therapy at Plymouth University and have worked with London Irish and the Cornish All Blacks.

I have extensive experience with athletes, hobbyists and everyone in between!

I help people recover from injuries, improve range of motion and feel more comfortable in their daily activities.

Everyone starts the new year with the goal of getting fit or losing weight etc.
Rarely do people look at looking after their body from a basic level.

Longevity in training comes from keeping the body injury free and feeling capable of hitting your targets.

That’s where I can help, whether it be for a full MOT deep tissue massage where we work right at the fibres of the muscles or a relaxing Swedish massage which just helps body and mind to feel refreshed and relaxed.
