This training explores and provides intensive training in the foundational mindful eating, mindfulness and compassion practices needed to become a true embodied practitioner, teacher and guide of mindful eating along with the core practices of a comprehensive research and evidence-based program and more. Applicable to individual and group interventions. Learn the step by step practices to teach and counsel in this mindfulness-based approach.

The online Mindful Eating (MB-EAT) and Living Professional Training includes:

• 12 Live 2-hour sessions (Zoom)

• 1 Day long virtual retreat

• 1 Small Group Coaching Session

Calling all future MBSR instructors!!!

This 10-week teacher training is primarily intended for professionals wishing to teach MBSR. Those attending should be either professionals in a health or educational field, community-based facilitators, clinicians-in-training, or interested professionals who may not intend to deliver the intervention directly but have other professional interests in the topic (i.e. researchers, administrators, etc.). All participants should have at least a modest regular meditation practice and an established practice is preferred.
