It may be hard to stop smoking but it is not impossible to do with the right help and support. Here are some ways you make your next quit attempt a positive one:
Reflect on every cigarette that you smoke and rate on a scale of 1 to 10 on how much you 'need' it or if it is because you are bored or anxious. This will help you think about what ones may be challenging to give up.
