More ways to shop for your family! ✨ Did you know you can now get more "green" for your greens? Under the new 2026 guidelines, you can choose to swap your juice benefit for an extra $3 in Cash Value Benefits to buy even more fresh, frozen, or canned fruits and vegetables!
We’ve also added:
✅ Whole wheat bagels, English muffins, and quinoa.
✅ Canned fish for everyone over age 1.
✅ New allergy-friendly options for dairy, egg, or nut sensitivities.

Using the Card to Culture discount is as easy as 1-2-3:
Find: Browse the full list of participating organizations—from the Museum of Fine Arts to local nature centers.
Show: Present your WIC card at the ticket counter (it’s used only for eligibility, not payment!).
Save: Enjoy free or deeply discounted entry for you and your family!

Getting ready for your next WIC visit? 🗓️As we roll out new WIC food packages, your benefits might look a little different. We are adding fish to child and adult packages, increasing whole grains for pregnant and postpartum participants, and offering more options for those with allergies. You will notice some decreases in amounts for juice for all packages and in whole grains for kids.
What you need to know:
1️⃣ Changes take effect after your first appointment between late January and April 2026.
2️⃣ Infant food packages (under age 1) will stay the same.
3️⃣ Our staff is here to help you navigate these changes!
