Starting a workout routine doesn’t mean pushing your body to the limit or feeling overwhelmed from day one. Real progress comes from kindness, patience, and consistency.
Start with movements that feel good. Take breaks when you need them. Rest is not weakness, it’s part of the process.

Some days your workout might be 10 minutes. Other days it might be a walk, stretching, or simply showing up. And that’s enough.
Your body learns through repetition, not pressure. Trust the process, move at your own pace, and remember: slow progress is still progress.

Be gentle with yourself. This is a lifestyle, not a punishment.
