Get ready to turn up the heat with Tame Wellness!
We’re hosting a spicy, hands-on hot sauce workshop + casual potluck — and you’re invited!

We provide:
Fresh chilies
Bottles + labels
Garlic, vinegar, gloves, funnels & more!
Everything you need to make your own custom hot sauce

You bring:
A snack to share (potluck style!)
Optional sides to taste-test sauces (chips, bread, tenders, cheese, etc.)
YOUR CREATIVITY — name your sauce & take it home!

It’s almost that time again — our Full Moon Snowshoe Adventures are back this winter! ✨
We provide the snowshoes, you bring your sense of adventure.

Bundle up, hit the trails with us under the glowing full moon, and then cozy up by the bonfire with s’mores and good company.
