state of bio-psycho-social balance. In addition to the online practices and content we offer, one of our current lines of research is the study of how physiological technologies for the acquisition and analysis of biometric signals can support self-exploration and self-actualization. We explore how this information can improve the connection between individuals and groups of people who are simultaneously sharing their bio-metric data.
