I shutting down for at least the next couple of weeks as it looks like 50 people are being infected a day in WI at this point. I’m sending everyone love and am excited for this to be over, as I know we all are. If you are experiencing any body pain I suggest foam rolling daily, epsom salt baths and using a tennis ball in a sock to get those nasty knots.
