🎯Projektas orientuotas į individualizuotą skaitmeninės terapijos produkto sukūrimą, kuris padės objektyviai vertinti paciento sveikatos rodiklius ir holistiškai rūpintis sveikata, pasitelkiant dirbtinio intelekto algoritmus sveikatos balo (Health Risk Score) skaičiavimui.

Projekto pradžia: 2024 m. gruodžio mėn.
Projekto vertė: 992 442 EUR, iš kurių 691 598 EUR – ES parama. Projektą bendrai finansuoja Europos Sąjunga

dhealthIQ vadovas Mindaugas Leonavičius, pats būdamas dideliu buriavimo entuziastu, jau ne pirmus metus aktyviai organizuoja Beniliukso lietuvių sporto žaidynes - „Benelux Regata“.
Šiemet Nyderlanduose vykusioje didžiausioje sporto šventėje susibūrė virš 120 lietuvių, gyvenančių Liuksemburge, Belgijoje ir Nyderlanduose.
Sveikinam visas 12 plaukusių komandų ir visus šventės dalyvius, aktyviai palaikiusius rungtyniavusius!

🌟 dhealthIQ CEO Mindaugas, just wrapped up an incredible experience at LifeScienceBaltics 2023, where he had the honour of being a speaker! It was truly a privilege to contribute to the discussions on the future of healthcare.

In his presentation, Mindaugas had the opportunity to share his vision of how Remote Healthcare and Digital Therapeutics would impact healthcare in the future and what transformational issues we have to start solving today. It's remarkable how technology is empowering us to extend healthcare beyond traditional settings, making it more accessible, efficient, and patient-centric, but at the same time challenging the existing healthcare model.

Exciting news in Lithuanian medicine! "dHealthIQ" and "Kaunas City Polyclinic" are teaming up to implement an innovative project: "Self-management of individuals with cardiovascular diseases: skills formation, encouragement, and improvement with the help of innovative technologies."

🫀 Project goal: to use innovative technologies to help patients with cardiovascular diseases overcome the challenges of the disease and develop long-term positive habits.

By leveraging remote monitoring systems, personalized programs, and feedback mechanisms, we'll enhance Kaunas City Polyclinic's capabilities and provide efficient, impactful care. Stay tuned for updates from July to November 2023.

A personalized digital care is significant not only for the patients but also for their closest ones. at November 10th, 2022 dHealthIQ Co-Founder Mindaugas Leonavičius made a pitch about its importance at the Pitching Pubquiz at Naturalis Biodiversity Center in Leiden.

Mindaugas took listeners through a moving story with the main message that made them pause and take thought: ‘’We live in a rapid world where usually we don’t have enough time to even call our parents or grandparents and simply ask them how are they feeling. But just imagine a digital assistant that constantly observes and evaluates a person that you love, informs you when his state of health and well-being changes. Nevertheless it helps to understand what your grandparent needs to do in case to feel better and gives an insight when your call would be meaningful or when a nurse visit would be efficient”.

The went successfully – we were awarded with two acknowledgments for the meaningful innovation! It gives a confirmation that our mission to help elderly persons live safer, longer and surrounded with a loving care is valuable 👏
