A New Collaboration is Here!!!
We’re excited to announce a new workshop series in collaboration with Movement Source Pilates and it's founder Kelly Adorno.
This experience is about movement, connection, and trying something new together.
Each session begins with Pilates and flows into yoga, guiding you through a shared movement practice designed to help you feel strong, present, and at ease in your body. Whether you're brand new to movement, curious about Pilates or yoga, or bringing a friend who has never stepped on a mat, you’ll find a welcoming space to explore.
After class, stay for light bites and drinks so we can continue the conversation and spend some time in community.
No pressure. No posturing. Just a thoughtful way to move, connect, and share time together.
