We’re excited to invite you to a meaningful day at the NH Food Bank in Manchester — combining professional connection, hands-on learning, and community service!

📍 Location: 1056 River Road, Manchester, NH
📅 Date: Friday, August 22, 2025
🕘 Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (plus optional lunch after)

Agenda:
10:00 – 10:30 AM | Tour of NH Food Bank
10:30 – 10:45 AM | Cooking Matters Program Overview
10:45 AM | Walk to the Garden
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Volunteer at the Food Bank Garden

Volunteer activities may include planting, weeding, harvesting, or prepping the garden for the season (all tools provided).

What to Bring:
👟 Closed-toe shoes required
👕 Comfortable volunteer attire (no sleeveless tops or bare midriffs)
💧 Water bottle
🧤 Gardening gloves (optional)
🥗 Lunch — stay and eat with us after!
