When back in August in the sunshine you decide to set yourself a challenge to walk a minimum of 30 minutes per day to help your physical and mental health. Fast forward 86 days and it’s forecast rain and high winds all day but now your goal is to get to 100 days and the end is in sight, Elle has been out got it done 40 minutes walking and feels proud of herself for doing it today when it would of been so easy to stay indoors and not go x

Do you need that little bit more time? Our 121’s sessions are 15 mins for £10 (paid in advance). You would weigh on your own scales (or in huddles as these are included in your 1:1 cost) and complete a check-in beforehand to prepare us both as we want you to get the most from your session, then we have a catch up via phone or video call at a mutually convenient time and it involves ensuring you have a plan for the coming week, access to the Facebook members only group and ongoing support throughout the week! The initial consultation will be more in-depth so allow a little longer, as we will want to get to know you and your goals. If you wish to go ahead, let us know if you have a preference as to which coach you prefer (we won’t take it personally, we appreciate different approaches work for different people.) Any questions you have just ask?
