Efficiency is something you learn as you learn about what your body NEEDS and WHEN your body needs it.

1. HOW you do an exercise will change your outcome. We utilize props, position, and sensation to make sure you are doing an exercise HOW it will work best for you.

2. WHAT exercise you choose is IMPORTANT. Some days you can go to the biggest bang for you buck exercise. Other days you’ve got to be smart and Reset so that exercise that loads your muscles , loads the CORRECT muscles for the right effect.

This is FOR YOU if you find yourself getting injured in yoga, lifting classes or your activities. If the activity loads your problem you need a STRATEGY!

As you do this work you start to feel:

Learn what ACTIVATES your body to play BETTER and FEEL BETTER on and off the court.

When you’re active, it’s important to know what exercise is best THAT DAY. Knowing when you can jump to the best exercise and when you need to do resets so you can do that exercise well is pivotal to how you and how you feel.
