Efficiency is something you learn as you learn about what your body NEEDS and WHEN your body needs it.
1. HOW you do an exercise will change your outcome. We utilize props, position, and sensation to make sure you are doing an exercise HOW it will work best for you.
2. WHAT exercise you choose is IMPORTANT. Some days you can go to the biggest bang for you buck exercise. Other days you’ve got to be smart and Reset so that exercise that loads your muscles , loads the CORRECT muscles for the right effect.
This is FOR YOU if you find yourself getting injured in yoga, lifting classes or your activities. If the activity loads your problem you need a STRATEGY!
