ARTIST TOUCH

Our client needed our organizational help, but wanted it to feel like it embodied her artist self. She wanted the collected vibe of her home to match her pantry organization.

Here’s what we didn’t do:
- use neutrals
- use plastic
- make every basket/bin the same
- make labels from a machine
- micro sort in a way that would make maintainence unrealistic

So, we let her take the lead when choosing organizing products that spoke to her and worked with colorful dreams to create the most lively pantry we’ve done to date.

We love it when client’s have a vision and we can help briing it to life!

Dearest community,

Our beloved city is reeling, and my heart is shattered watching neighborhood after neighborhood consumed by fire. Hiking trails that brought so much peace—gone. Historic landmarks and homes—devastated.

It’s been two days of worry, endless check-ins, and no sleep, and I can’t shake the guilt of sitting in my home while some of our clients have lost everything. 💔

HOW TO ORGANIZE YOUR JEWELRY ⬇️

Jewelry can be a tricky thing to organize and an easy one to get out of sorts.

My favorite way to organize jewelry is in a drawer if you have that kind of space available! Drawer dividers or stackable jewelry boxes are a lovely way to keep it contained.

Ideally each delicate piece gets it's own special spot within the divider, while chunkier less likely to get tangled items, can be grouped together.

SUPPORT YOUR TEEN IN STAYING ORGANIZED

Setting up a healthy relationships with:
personal space
consumerism
taking care of your belongings

Are all subjects related to organizing that I'm passionate about teaching young humans.

Mother Earth is begging us to educate our children (the future) about consumerism.

What we choose to bring into our space effects how our spaces feel and ultimately how it will stay organized.

If I could teach one thing to the young adults of the world it's to shop consciously.

Here are a few other tools to refer back to when teaching teens about space responsibility:

♻️Everything doesn't need to be new. In fact, thifting is cool!
🔑Taking care of what we already have and making it last longer
🧹Clean spaces supports good sleep + stress reduction
📣Have deep converstaions about what your teen likes and why
🚫Never ""hide"" things from your kids and ""hope"" they don't remember
Support thier organizational habits by doing clean-outs and resets together
🗓Keep an annual decluttering calendar - surprises often lead to resistance
🧺Doing it FOR them doesn't allow them to explore and understand what works well for their learning style. Do it WITH them instead.
