We’re back!!! The last few years have been busy expanding the family and settling into farm life. But we are excited to announce our handmade soaps and lotions will be available again in 2023!! And guess what else we have… eggs!

What’s a farm without chickens? We had to get 1 when we moved to the farm. But you can’t only buy 1 chicken, so we got 11. And then 11 became… well, let’s just say I love chickens. We have a lot of chickens! Which means lots of eggs. So Birdie’s Basics is now selling free-range, organic fed eggs!

Enjoyed practicing making these baby shower favors! This is different than my usual style of soap making, but it sure is fun! I think I got the hang of it and will be starting on the actual favors after a few more practice rounds.

Restock of Oatmeal, Honey and Lavender. This hot process soap has ground oatmeal, honey and cocoa butter added after the cook! Feels amazing on your skin. And just a hint of lavender provides a relaxing scent.

I love when a soap I made as a special one time loaf with no future plans to carry long-term becomes highly requested! As a result, I've decided not only continue to make the Lemongrass + Clay bar but I will also introduce a few new scents to this bar. Any recommendations for what new scent?

Can’t believe how fast the last couple months flew by! You guys have been keeping me beyond busy! Which is great! However, I have not had time to update my website or prepare new soaps for sale. I am feverishly working away and will have lots of new and exciting soaps available in 1-2 months’ time. I have a small amount of random soaps still available so if you are looking for something in particular let me know- I may have it. I will be restocking all my usual ones as well. So let me know if there is one you want to make sure I restock :D Pictures and more posts to come soon. :)

Whew! It's been a crazy, busy month! We are officially sold out of all soaps and lotions. Don't stress though - many new soaps will be off the curing rack in about a week and ready for sale. I will be updating the website by December 1st with all the new items. :)
