What's it like? If I had to DO your anxiety for a day, how would I do it?

These are two of the most common starting questions I use. Because everyone's anxiety is different. Some people image a red blob, as in the photo that radiates over their chest and head, some see a green triangle that is all pointy and sharp in their tummies...
Thinking of your anxiety or mental illness as a creature can help you separate yourself from your illness. Give yourself a bit of space, control and perspective.
It literally can help you find your own identity separate from that of your mental illness.
What does my anxiety like? What does it dislike?

I would really like to hear what your little creature likes and dislikes....

For me, I dislike being dis-organised or late 😬and I like being quiet and still 😀
