Sound Baths have become increasingly popular because of the benefits they bring to our sense of well-being. It’s hard to describe the way you feel after: a pleasing mixture of being both relaxed, and energised.

Bookings for my 2022 Retreats are open! Join me, Louise Wallis, at a beautiful eco-retreat centre in West Dorset from Fri 6-Mon 9 May 2022 for 4 days and 3 nights of yoga and delicious vegan food. Just 2 miles from the sea on the fabulous Jurassic Coast.
