Today's smoothie is a combination of vegetables and fruits to give us another rich antioxidants powerful drink... I'll name it creamy pineapple cucumber smoothie.. ingredients included are self preserved frozen broccoli, pineapple, banana, mango & coconut meat and also fresh cucumbers and green apples added on with a little bit of Spirulina goodness..
