One of the most important realizations to make is to understand that your health, your wealth, and your happiness are long term investments.

What does this mean?

This means that the returns are not instantaneous so, it's important to remain consistent even when you don't see results right away.

Invest in your health by eating nourishing plant focused meals, getting proper sleep, moving your body.

Invest in your wealth by making investments that build wealth over time.

Invest in your happiness by following a life path that aligns with your values and ambitions.

Don't give up the moment you don't see results. Give it time. Be in it for the long run. You got this.

Getting out of your comfort zone is one of the best things you can do for yourself.

To embrace the unknown, to feel the fear and do it anyway, and to have faith in the future...

You ARE capable of achieving all you desire but, you need to first be capable of switching your mindset to abundance.

Become deeply aware that life is filled with opportunities around every corner.

Want to know the easiest way to NOT making a habit stick?

It's by trying to make a major behavior change happen over night by only focusing on the outcome of what we want to achieve.

You may be able to sustain it for a little but eventually you will most likely get burnt out and give up.

In order to properly implement a new habit you must embody the identity of someone who already has this habit. Want to start waking up earlier? Embody the identity of a morning person. What time would a morning person go to sleep? What would a morning person do before bed? What would a morning person tell themselves in the morning?

You must start small and remain consistent. Instead of trying to wake up 2 hours earlier, start with 15-20 minutes. Get in the momentum of doing this. Start to embody the new identity.

And focus your attention on the repetition of waking up 10-20 minutes earlier. Don't get wrapped up in the goal of having 2 extra hours. You'll get there eventually.

Over time your confidence will build and you'll see yourself wanting to wake up earlier and earlier.

This approach to habit building can be applied to any thing. If you want to workout more, eat healthier, get outside more.. the list can go on.

Just remember
1. embody the identity
2. start small but remain consistent
3. put your focus on the small actions, not the desired outcome (you'll naturally get there over time)

When you have problems hitting you in the face every minute, that’s the universe talking to you, trying to get your attention.

If you slow down, pay attention, you’ll learn a lesson.

If you don’t, the problem will intensify until you learn the lesson.

Having this mentality towards a challenge in life can completely shift the way you navigate it.

It takes us out of the victim mindset and into a position of power and control of our lives.

Tune into the ups and downs of life. They are always the biggest opportunity for learning and growth. 🌱

Limiting beliefs are beliefs we establish as children that stick with us throughout adulthood.

Most adults are completely unaware to the fact that these beliefs are rooted deep in our subconscious mind, and control the way we navigate life.

If you are currently dealing with an issue or struggle in any area of your life, spend time talking to someone or journaling about that issue.

Start to dig deep in order to uncover the underlying belief that is keeping you in that position.

You have the power to rewrite these beliefs. It takes awareness and intention as well as a desire to change.

When we finally make the choice to love ourselves is when we step into the most beneficial cycle of nourishment, health, and happiness.

We no longer struggle to eat well because we have a genuine desire to fuel ourselves with the right foods.

We no longer struggle to workout because we have a genuine desire to give thanks to our bodies through movement.

We start to feel confident and happy in our own skin. We glow from the inside, out.

And it all starts with self love. It all starts with choosing to love yourself so much that you continuously show up for yourself in the ways you need it most.

Do this for 5 days straight and see how you feel. Do this everyday and see how your reality shifts.
