I got 99 problems, but my waist line is NOT one! 😜 Since I got your attention: Mental Health Isn’t Just Mental — It’s Nutritional.

Felt fabulous in my red dress as I was reflecting on the incredible people in my life! Grateful for my amazing family and friends who always celebrate the great moments and support me during the lows. It’s their love and encouragement that help me grow into a better mom, coach & friend. We lost a very close family friend at the tender age of 16 January 20, 2025. Mental health award and su***de prevention are very important topic that we should not ignore. Always be kind to the ones around you as you really never know what struggles they go through. It really put things in perspective. What’s really important in my life. Not only was a close family friend. He was also my son’s best friend for many years. We are all extremely heartbroken but we also very grateful for the times and memories, we were able to share with him. 💚

How beautiful it is to have a relationship where you can openly talk about things. For example:

"Love, I got a little angry—sorry—but I didn’t like your attitude either. This kind of thing annoys me."

It’s not toxic to tell your partner what bothers you. It’s not toxic to share your problems and seek help from your partner. It’s not toxic to express concerns about something that makes you feel insecure.

What’s truly toxic is keeping your doubts and insecurities to yourself, avoiding communication out of fear of ruining the relationship.

Communication, honesty, loyalty, and the ability to accept mistakes are the foundational pillars of a successful relationship. Things should be talked about.
