"My practitioner was absolutely incredible! I had an 80-minute prenatal massage and it was probably one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten! She took the time before the massage to address my requests/needs and completely met them! I truly felt soo relaxed. I highly highly recommend Healing Mountain and will absolutely be back! Our free community class will cover the basics of Swedish massage, the power of touch, and its critical importance to our well-being. Bring a friend/partner and learn how to massage the neck, shoulders, and hands at home. Bringing a partner is encouraged but optional for the class. Each student will leave with a basic understanding of the benefits and techniques of a Swedish massage. Whether you are interested in massage school or want to learn how to give a great neck massage, this workshop is for you. Take advantage of this opportunity to learn something new and fun.

We pride ourselves on small class sizes, which creates an ideal learning environment. This free community class will be no exception. Only 20 spots are available per class, so call today to hold your spots!

• How To Prepare
We'd like you to wear casual clothing that is comfortable to move around in. This class will demonstrate how to massage through clothing except for unclothed areas (i.e., neck and hands).

• Free Raffle Drawing
Each attendee will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a complimentary 50-minute student massage at our professional day spa and student clinic. The drawing will take place after class.
