(1)

Jane Mallick is a dedicated and passionate yogini who has been practicing yoga for almost forty years. After a successful career in social health research and educational studies, she found herself at a midlife health crisis point, and turned to feminine yoga for healing. She is inspired by the divine feminine to share the teachings that have helped her, by supporting women, many of whom find themselves in similar midlife transitions, to create a life of ease, grace and full potential.

πŸ’• Tammy's words warm my heart!

After 40 years of practicing yoga and 12 years of teaching, I'm deeply committed to creating experiences that honour the ancient wisdom of the goddess traditions while making them accessible and relevant for modern women.

The Goddess Yoga immersions are more than workshops. They are journeys into the sacred feminine, where we explore the qualities and teachings of the goddesses through movement, ritual, chanting, and deep reflection.

I believe we all carry these divine feminine energies within us, and when we gather in circle to awaken and embody them, something truly magical happens.

If you've been curious about Goddess Yoga, I'd love to welcome you to our beautiful garden studio at Tara Springs.

Our Summer Goddess Yoga workshop on January 17 will be particularly special, with guest facilitator Jacqui Dreessen joining us to offer Garba Dance as we explore the Mahavidya Wisdom Goddesses. 🌸

🌱 Spring Yin Yoga: Dragon Pose for Wood Element 🌱

As Spring is still with us, it is a perfect time to focus on balancing the Wood element, which governs the Liver and Gall Bladder meridians.

One powerful yin yoga pose for this is Dragon Pose. It is a deep hip opener that targets the inner thighs and groin, helping to release tension stored in these areas.

When we add Kali Tongue to the pose, a fierce expression of sticking out the tongue, it allows us to release pent-up anger, a common emotion that arises when the Wood element is out of balance.

Letting go and releasing this stagnant energy, we create space for growth, creativity, and renewal, just like the blossoming trees around us.

I love growing flowers. It is one of the simplest and most powerful ways to cultivate and connect to the sacred feminine. πŸ’—

There's something deeply nourishing about growing flowers through the seasons: watching them unfold in their own time, honouring their cycles of growth and rest. Each flower carries incredible wisdom within it. 🌸

Creating a seasonal altar can bring this sacred wisdom into your yoga practice. A simple posy of flowers can anchor you in the present moment and the rhythms of nature. It can offer a visual (and often scented!) reminder to align with what's arising, in the earth, in your body and in your life.

This Beltane, what could you place on your altar to honour the abundant energy of late Spring, early Summer? 🌿✨

In times when the global news bombards us with division and despair, when we feel paralysed by the magnitude of suffering, the Ho'oponopono Prayer is a simple and yet very powerful practice that we can do.

Repeating the words is an act and intention, of holding space for reflection, repentance, forgiveness, and gratitude.

We can take responsibility for our own healing.

We can practice forgiveness, even when it feels impossible.

We can contribute to collective consciousness through our individual work.

We can trust that as we heal, we participate in the healing of the whole.

Perhaps one of the most courageous actions we can take right now is to soften our hearts, to practice forgiveness, and to trust in our interconnection.

A beautiful Full Moon class today on this Beltane time of the year.

It was beautiful to hear women’s reflections on our New Moon Intentions we set just 2 weeks ago.

So much can happen and change when we align our yoga and lives to the wisdom of the lunar cycles.

Dee gratitude πŸ™

The Dragonfly's Message ✨

Something magical happens when we align with new teachings. The universe begins to speak to us through symbols and synchronicities.

Since I began studying the Gene Keys, dragonflies have been appearing everywhere, messengers of transformation, inviting me to see beyond the surface of things. This one appeared in the garden here at Tara Springs recently.

In Gene Keys, the dragonfly symbolises transformation, a global awakening, and particularly the journey from victimisation to freedom, represented by the 55th Gene Key, which I have in my profile in my EQ.

The dragonfly represents the process of a major evolutionary shift, moving from a heavy, fearful state to one of higher consciousness and lightness. The journey involves "cracking open" from one's current state, much like a dragonfly nymph emerging from its old form to become a beautiful winged creature.

Next year, I'm embarking on The Sages Golden Path, a year-and-a-half journey of deepening into this profound transmission. It feels like is an important process and support network to navigate these times.

If you're curious about the Gene Keys or feel called to explore this work, I'd love to have fellow travellers on the path. There's something special about sharing our reflections and insights with others who are walking a similar journey.

Have you noticed nature speaking to you through symbols? I'd love to hear what messages have been appearing in your life. πŸ¦‹

Did you know that a regular home yoga practice can be more effective than a weekly class?

But here's the thing... many of us struggle to create a practice that truly honours our feminine nature and the cycles of our lives.

Traditional yoga wasn't designed for women's cyclical bodies. And more than ever before, we need practices that anchor us in nature's rhythms more than ever.

That's why I created this free e-book: π·π‘’π‘£π‘œπ‘‘π‘–π‘œπ‘›π‘Žπ‘™ π»π‘œπ‘šπ‘’ π‘Œπ‘œπ‘”π‘Ž: 𝐹𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝑆𝑑𝑒𝑝𝑠 π‘‘π‘œ πΆπ‘Ÿπ‘’π‘Žπ‘‘π‘’ π‘Ž π‘ƒπ‘’π‘Ÿπ‘ π‘œπ‘›π‘Žπ‘™ πΉπ‘’π‘šπ‘–π‘›π‘–π‘›π‘’ π‘Œπ‘œπ‘”π‘Ž π‘ƒπ‘Ÿπ‘Žπ‘π‘‘π‘–π‘π‘’

Inside you'll discover:
✨ How to create a sacred yoga space (even in the smallest home)
✨ The gift of making time for yourself
✨ Aligning your practice to the cycles of nature
✨ Working with the goddesses of yoga for healing and insight

This e-book is my gift to you, born from 40 years of practice and over a decade of teaching women through their transitions.

Download your free copy in the link in the comments below.

Whether you're navigating menopause, moving from overwhelm to ease, or simply wanting to deepen your connection to yourself, this guide will support you.

Remember: a little + often = a lot πŸ’•

Our hormones love it when we slow down, breathe deeply, and rest.

Yoga helps balance stress, support sleep, and soothe our nervous system, especially when it includes gentle flows, yin and restorative poses and lots of stillness.

Self-care for our endocrine system.
