Here's some personal stuff, but I'm sharing it anyway. Because y'all are all human like me, & everyone's bodies just do what they're gonna do.

A few days ago a particular member of my family (won't mention names though) had a UTI, & it came on faaaaast. Totally miserable, laying on the couch, almost in tears, & going to the bathroom every 5 minutes.

I gave said person Aconite homeopathic remedy (since it came on fast), & also Cantharis, Apis, & Staphysagria for the physical & emotional symptoms. Took a chance on that, because I wasn't sure exactly what would work, but the symptoms matched, so I tried it.

Within less than an HOUR it was GONE. And said person has had no symptoms since.

Then...

Yesterday I realized my stomach wasn't doing so great, & I was in the bathroom twice in about 90 mins for... well, it wasn't constipation, I'll just say that.

I looked up the symptoms, took a chance with Aconite (since it came on fast) & Arsenicum Album for the physical symptoms, and it went totally away. I haven't had any issues since.

If it does happen to return, I'll just take another dose. Homeopathics are great, because once the symptoms subside, even after 1 dose, you STOP taking it.

Y'all, there really are non-toxic alternatives to pharmaceuticals & OTC meds that don't have toxic side effects, that don't mess up your gut health (which affects all your health), & that are way cheaper (the homeopathics I purchase are .01 - .02 cents per dose).

I purchase most of mine from Washington Homeopathics, and the Top 100 (30c) kit & the Top 50 (200c) kit are AWESOME.

It's good to be educated in at least the basics before trying homeopathy on your own, but it's not very hard to learn. Homeopaths are usually pretty affordable too. My favorites are Joette Calabrese, Cilla Whatcott, & Sue Price. Just Google their names + the word 'homeopathy', & their websites will pop up. 😀

Homeopathic medicine isn't pseudo-science or quackery. I know this from personal experience, as well as over 200 medical studies on homeopathy I sifted through not long ago.

The Cancer Center’s investigators found that the homeopathic preparation of Ruta graveolens 6C administered in combination with Calcarea phosphorica 3X induced complete regression of tumors in eighty-six percent of the glioma patients who took part in the study.

Oncologists consider this particular form of cancer as practically incurable, and the usual five-year survival rate for adult glioblastoma patients is around 10 percent."

Crazy. So I live in the North West. A friend of mine from early childhood years in California, was talking to a good friend of hers in Texas. They were talking a couple days ago about energy work, & she told her friend that she might want to take a look at my website. So her friend asked what my name is.

When my friend told her, she said, "Oh, I know who that is! She is very well known, & my friend attends a conference each year in the Utah area that she is a part of." Then my friend said I'm spoken very highly of.

Here's the thing. First, I thought, WOW, super small world! Then I started to shrink for a minute & felt that small flush of crawling back into my introvert-ness, because the last thing I want to do is come across as self centered & better than others, with the spotlight on me.

I had to refocus my mindset & realize that this was a wonderful compliment, and I'm reaching people in ALL areas of this nation, and even the world. That is what I have WANTED. I asked God for that, & it's happening.

We've had Innergy clients in Puerto Rico, England, Australia, India, & the U.S.

We've had students from Hawaii, Canada, New Zealand, & all over the U.S. attend our Innergy trainings.

I am a change agent, & I want to influence others & help people *want* to have a better quality of life & commit to doing it!

This past couple of years I've come really far in accepting compliments, so the fact that it took me off guard, surprised me a little. My ego actually worked opposite & made me shrink instead of puff up.

People... It is OK to accept compliments & be happy about it. It's OK to be an influence & to be well known. Even if you're an introvert like me. I know self centered people. I know people who's egos are out of control.

Don't let your abilities & your influential reach go to your head, so that you think you're better than other people, but be willing to be a light to others & take compliments with gratitude.

Those compliments mean I'm doing my job, and YOU are doing your job!

Twenty-five years ago, after leaving medicine... I started the first alternative metabolic health care center in the United States. I knew nothing about alternative methods of health care; I learned as I went. Before I interviewed each patient, I went into my office, closed my eyes, and prayed to know what was wrong with them and what to do to fix them. EVERYTHING in existence vibrates at a certain frequency. You know when you walk in a room and instantly feel the negativity/heaviness - so much that you can practically "cut it with a knife"? This is energy.

You can also feel it when you're in the presence of someone who's happy, spiritual, or completely relaxed -(sometimes I get goosebumps around those people)... This is energy. When you hear the phrase, "They have such an aura about them!" That aura is REAL. It's their personal energy field and the light they radiate.

When you get a sudden pain or have an injury, your first instinct is usually to put your hand over it and hold it. This is your body's natural way of utilizing energy to calm the issue, because your hands are full of energy.

Have you ever noticed that comforting feeling when you kiss or touch your child's forehead? Or when you hold someone's hand? Or when you hug someone? High frequencies of energy are being shared, and subtle emotional healing takes place.

When you talk about sending positive thoughts someone's way... You're sending an energetic message of healing to them. This is energy work.

Every day people unknowingly take part in healing through energy. There is NO LIMIT of time or distance when it comes to energy. It is shared by everyone - and everything - every second of the day.
