If you are feeling overwhelmed by all the distractions, and the loud noise of the world at the moment … remember, you do have a point of power. And, that is the way in which which you respond to it all.

Join me this evening. Yin is a fabulous way to reset the nervous system, creating calm, and ultimately bringing you safely home to yourself.

HEARTFIRE – A Sacred Welcome to the Year of the Fire Horse

Step into an evening of deep presence and renewal as we gather together to welcome, through the lens of Chinese Medicine and the wisdom of the Heart, the Year of the Fire Horse.

HEARTFIRE is a Yin-inspired evening to gently awaken your inner flame … the place where clarity, courage, and devotion meet.

The practice is an invitation to loosen the grip that life often has on us … to soften the hard exterior, in order for the growth we experienced during the year of the Wood Snake, to breakthrough, and radiantly weave its way into fullness.

It’s a beautiful opportunity, too, for all that which is not deserving of our energy, to unravel … creating space to step confidently forward into the year of the Fire Horse, untethered and free.

In the quiet of Yin, where the unnecessary ‘on switches’ are turned off, we are more able to listen inwardly, and reconnect with the steady fire within … leaving you feeling quietly content, open-hearted, and more empowered for the journey forward.

This Yin experience also includes

Welcome 2026 💓
As I greeted the New Year in, early this morning, the feels were serene … the seascape was like a dreamy watercolour. The edges were soft … the sound of the waves were unhurried … calm and rhythmic. Even the sprinkling of raindrops felt measured and soothing.

Here, there was a gentleness to the arrival of this new year … and it is my intention to hone in on this energy.

My wish is that you feel it, too. Happy 2026, dear friends 💓
