Amazing results guys!

Following Sarah’s story yesterday about her journey with EMS after pregnancy we thought we would share some of our trainers stories.

We have 3 trainers who have used EMS training before and after having their children as part of their training regime. First up is Lisa and her is what she had to say.

‘I found ARC about 5 months after having my first baby by C-section. Going into my first session I was both sceptical as to whether it had any benefits and a bit concerned that it would hurt my scar. After my first session I was hooked. It didn’t hurt at all and after 3 sessions I felt the strength coming back to my muscles. I did 6 weeks following ARC nutrition guide and lost 9lbs & 18 inches from around my body - even with Xmas thrown in.

Having done EMS training weekly leading up to my second pregnancy, my body coped with pregnancy a lot better and I recovered much quicker after my second C-section. I was back at ARC at 3 months post partum and continue to train weekly. Thanks to EMS I have never felt stronger, even when I used to hit the gym religiously 4 days a week!’
