I just needed a change in my life. I heard about beachBody from a co-worker and watched the amazing results she had. I tried it and immediately loved it. I started working out and startd drinking Shakeology and eating right. The weight started to come off, I had more energy and overall felt good. My Blood Pressure is perfect, my joints no longer hurt and I am probably in the best physical shape of my life. I then realized I need to help others do the same thing I was doing.
