Recently I was a guest on The Menopause Revolution Podcast with host Leah Kapral. It was so great to have the opportunity to talk openly with Leah about maintaining physical and emotional intimacy in midlife.

We talk about the symptoms of changes in libido, the importance of authentic communication and I give tips on adapting to new dimensions of pleasure and connection without pressure or expectations.

The Attraction Intimacy & Love workshop in Graz, Austria was so beautiful. What a wonderful group of people who jumped in and explored love and presence.

The men were very moved to connect to their masculine essence in the company of open hearted and embodied feminine essence.

Yeah! Today I fly to Austria to run an Attraction Intimacy & Love Workshop, in Graz. I am looking forward to meeting a bunch of new folk who are keen to connect, open and ignite their lives and relationships. ❤️

Understanding masculine and feminine differences is so helpful in s*xuality. As this article mentions, she likes variety and being seen and heard emotionally. For him, variety is not so important, but her pleasure and openness to him is.
Having fun and excitement in your relationship in general is a good place to start. ❤

Research shows women losing interest in s*x before their male partners is less about not wanting it at all, and more about being bored of the s*x on offer.
