I have both Level 3 and 4 qualifications in Remedial and Sports Massage Therapy.
Yoga
I am a 200hr qualified Yoga teacher with extra qualifications in Hot Rocket Yoga and Perinatal Yoga. I currently offer 1:1 sessions combining massage therapy with Yoga to create a rounded experience for injury rehabilitation and prevention as well as overall wellness. As well as certification in pregnancy massage and manual lymphatic drainage.
