I have decided to run another beginners strength course due to the feedback from the last and some people missing out!
If you would like to know how to lift weights, this class is for you.
We will cover a variety of exercises which will help you become strong and confident!
Only a couple of spaces left. If there is a high demand I will put another class on at either 5.30pm or 7.30pm.
