When working different shifts and different hours, energy drinks and caffeine become a staple in your life
It’s just work and sleep 😴
You wake up and feel like you’ve been dragged through a hedge backwards, but you know you can grab a coffee and all will be well for a few hours 🤩
You get to work and start on an energy drink 🥤
All the way through your shift you are looking for your next caffeine hit to JUST keep you going
It’s tough but you make it to the end of work, get home and get in bed
You’ve been feeling tired all day and now you can’t sleep 😳
A million thoughts going through your head
Tossing and turning then finally you get to sleep a few hours before your alarm is about to go off again
Then wake up and repeat until your day off when you know you can get that lie in and catch up on much needed sleep
