Shabnam Resources focus on education, livelihood and medical support for Children from rural and semi rural areas in the outskirts of Chennai.

This non-profit charity organization devote it’s time by helping children from difficult backgrounds by providing a balanced life, as well as supporting them throughout their education. The organization focuses primarily on community welfare, education and medical support for children from rural and semi-rural areas. Shabnam Resources partners the child labour education program with Ind US Child Labour Program, International Labour Organisation and the Tamil Nadu government.

Our Objectives 2011-2012
We have two new projets :

Shabnam University:

Shabnam Resources desires to train young adults as well as drop outs teenagers to the art of photography.

For this purpose, we are building a community university with professional photographers as teachers.

Shabnam Library:

We wish to create a mobile library to spread knowledge and encourage education. It be installed in a mini van so we can reach every child.

We plan to cover uncared governmental schools, child labor educational units in Chennai.

We expect 3000 children per month and 36 000 per year through this program.
