Deliciousness and super easy to make! One ingredient... yep... ONE INGREDIENT! H**p Seeds!

Ingredients
1 ½ cups 369 Foods, Australian Grown Hulled H**p Seeds

Method
- Blend the h**p seeds in a high-speed processor/blender. It's best to do so at intervals so the seeds (and machine) don't overheat. For a smooth h**p seed butter, blend for about 5-6 minutes, with breaks every 2-3 minutes.
- Once your homemade h**p seed butter is ready, transfer it to an airtight glass container and keep this in the fridge for 1 month. It can also be frozen, for longer.

Yum Yum! We're ready to tuck into these deliciously easy no-bake Vegan H**p Protein Bars from . Ingredients
1 cup (150g) raw almonds
2 cups (350g) lightly packed soft pitted dates
1 tbsp cinnamon
½ cup (70g) 369 Foods, Australian Grown H**p Protein Powder
½ cup (120g) nut or seed butter of choice (h**p butter, peanut butter, almond butter, tahini etc)
2 tbsp (30ml) maple syrup (optional)
⅛ tsp sea salt (optional)
