I am regularly undertaking continuing professional development and making improvements to enhance my clients journey. I aim for a professional, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere in my tranquil home based clinic. Most of my clients have booked treatments based on recommendation but I do also have clients who have found me via my website or fb pages where you can have a read of client feedback. I don’t stock the full range due to space but I do have an extensive retail range and I can order items in as requested. Our air con unit has been on since 5am so the treatment room is ready for our first client this morning. It looks like it's going to be properly put to the test this week with temperatures set to soar.

Could I politely ask that people do NOT lean on the AC unit when getting undressed/dressed. This is not aimed at any particular individual as it has happened multiple times since having it installed.
If you need support whilst getting dressed, there is is the chair provided for your convenience. Alternatively, the massage table can be raised to your desired height for you to lean on, just ask!

Mid year treatment menu review!

Having reviewed the treatment menu I will no longer be accepting bookings for 30 minute appointments. These are rarely booked and are not viable without a significant price increase. I believe everyone who had a voucher for a 30 minute massage have now redeemed these but if I have missed anyone, can you please get in contact ASAP.

On the online booking system the descriptions for holistic massage have been updated so that it is now clearer as to what you can choose from. I've had a few people booking 45-minute sessions and then wanting to receive a full body massage and it's not long enough to provide a good quality treatment. It would feel rushed and have minimal time spent on each area, and that's not relaxing! If you aren't sure how long to book, please get in contact first.

I've added the option to book a back massage with an Indian head under the "Indian Head Massage" section. Whilst you can book a 1hr holistic massage and specify what you want, not everyone realises you can do this.

To maximise appointment availability, 75 and 90 minute massages have to be booked directly. Whilst not advertised, it is possible to have a 90 minute session combining Sports Massage and an Indian head massage. Again, this would need to be booked directly.

⚠️ 📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE to those paying by bank transfer.

I still have a number of people sending payments to the old account, which I stopped using over 3 months ago, in April. Please delete the account you have ending 7763 as I wish to close this account soon.

The summer holiday season is in full swing, and we are looking forward to hearing all about your trips away.

We are currently fully booked for August. If you haven't already done so, you can use the online booking system to advance book your preferred slots for September and October.

We operate a first come, first served booking policy as the frequency at which people need or want to book can fluctuate.
If there's a specific day/time you want but there's no availability, let us know, and we will add you to the waiting list.

Appointments are available on weekdays. Days and times can vary, so it's best to use the online booking system to check.
Please can we ask that you only book 6pm slots if this is absolutely necessary as the demand for this time is very high, with many employers now reducing flexible working. If you can attend appointments earlier in the day, please do.

Q: Can I just have a leg and foot massage?

A: Yes, you can. We often provide foot and leg massages, whether it be in our sports massage treatments or as a relaxing holistic massage. Don't worry about sock fluff as we give your feet a cleanse with warm mitts to commence the treatment.

NB: if you have any skin infections such as a verruca or atheletes foot (fungal infection) then we would not be able to treat this area due to the risk of cross infection.

Our online booking system makes it easy for you to check availability, and you can schedule your appointments anytime, anywhere up to 12 weeks in advance.
