Each individual employee receives an easy to follow platform, highly effective mindset tools, plus live access to highly qualified consultants and allied health professionals, to support life long healthy habit change. L&C’s Corporate Health Program is Doctor endorsed and backed by 15 layers of science. It’s based on the biology of the individual and their unique internal drivers right down to the DNA level, along with environmental influences. Regular corporate health programs use a blanketed approach or what we call a one size fits all. This approach will see a 40% non responder rate, that means almost half your team is not going to get any results and some will have the reverse effect. When you personalise the health of each individual based on their unique biology you see results in as little as 2 minutes.

2 min - mindset changes
20 minutes mood change
4 days healthier digestion
1 week healthy sleep habits
10 days change to mental wellbeing
2 weeks healthier immune and body composition
12 weeks changes in diabetes and heart disease (with full medical support)

If your corporate health program is not giving you results in 30 days you're wasting your time, money and resources.

Our perception of exercise fascinates me. I spoke to four people this week who said they didn’t exercise because they didn’t have time.

Don’t get me wrong, I get it, life is busy.

When I asked them to tell me about their day, yes it was flat out. But their perception of exercise was spending an hour at the gym or running/walking around the lake.

It doesn’t have to be 1 hour, it doesn’t even have to be 30 minutes. It just has to be!

We’ve stopped moving as a society! And we’re becoming unhealthy because of it.

When we create goals that are so far out of reach we don’t do them.

So, stop creating goals that you know you won’t achieve. Start creating the ones you will!

Put your joggers on and take 10 more minutes to walk the long way to grab your lunch!

Take the stairs each morning at work.

Challenge your kids to a race each day when you get home.

Turn your house work into your fitness program and crank the music.

When you shift your mindset and create achievable goals you shift your life.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Coconut Oil, solid at room temperature, similar to softened butter
3/4 cups Coconut Sugar
1 medium Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
3/4 cups Blanched Almond flour
3/4 cups Hazelnut flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 cup Chopped Dark chocolate - 70% or higher
1/2 cup Toasted Hazelnuts, roughly chopped
1 pinch Flaky Sea Salt, to sprinkle on top, optional

Instructions
1 Beat together the coconut oil and coconut sugar until smooth. Add the egg or flax egg and vanilla and mix until smooth.
2 Add the cocoa powder, almond flour, hazelnut flour, salt, and baking soda to the wet ingredients. Mix until well incorporated. Fold in the chopped chocolate and hazelnuts.
3 Use a cookie scoop to form cookies and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet; press down slightly. Place in the refrigerator for an hour if you want thicker cookies (I did this), otherwise, you can bake right away.
4 When you're ready to bake, preheat the oven to 180ºC.
5 Before baking, sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired. Bake for 10 minutes or just set.
6 Store in an airtight container for up to a week.

This is why I love my work so much. When you realised you were right about the needs and wants of your body the whole time and then someone clarified your thoughts, there was a great sense of relief. The ultimate search for the ‘why’ ceased because deep down you always knew who you were. You just doubted yourself because everyone else was doing something different. Which is what they were meant to be doing because not one of us if the same. Trust in you!

Our Story

Corrie Van is a Personal Trainer and Health Consultant. She specialises in personalised health through genetic testing. Corrie works with Chief Executive Officers, Entrepreneurs, Executives and their teams in order to optimise their health and fitness and improve productivity. The goal is to create the ultimate health ecosystem which means a better life balance, more energy, clarity, fitness, health and of course time for the more pleasurable things.

Through genetics and personalised health, she implements a structured plan that can help restore balance to a demanding lifestyle. Corrie gives CEO’s, Executives and Entrepreneurs the tools to help them grow on a personal level as well as a professional level. These techniques have proven to create stronger and more successful leaders, who lead a loyal team that is empowered and supported. Your genetics determine how you should train, eat, socialise, what environment you thrive in and how your mind works. When the algorithm for life is in order so is your productivity. But when it's not, it's like a bicycle wheel with spokes missing in the middle. It's compromised and has weak spots. Market research has revealed CEO's suffer from a variety of stresses including working long hours, a lack of sleep, over commitment, being time poor and not spending enough time with their family, just to name a few. It's not enough anymore to just eat healthy and exercise. New research is telling us we need to take a holistic view on our health, because other factors like our environment, how our minds work, and our social life can cause a major impact on our health. Understanding how your genetics work can mean the difference between workplace burnout and lifestyle balance. Take the plunge today and make your health your priority.
