Not every meal needs to be high in protein.

Read that again.

We eat approximately 1,095 meals in a year.

If even 100 of them are low in protein, that's less than 10% of your meals.

If you lift weights a few times a week, walk or do some cardio and eat a plant rich, high fiber, low saturated fat diet you are doing better than 90% of the population.

Strong men protect the weak.

I believe due to this stereotype, we as vegans should try our best to be as strong and as fit as we can.

Oatmeal worse breakfast ever?

I don’t think that’s what the study concluded.

Nobody will eat oats with milk, cream and added sugar and think it’s healthy.

Also the egg breakfast had 500g of apple, grapefruit, tomato and spinach.

Why leave that part out?

Protein and fat is not the only way to start the day.

For 10 years I always start my day with oats, soy milk, peanut butter and fruit and my blood glucose levels and metabolic health are in top shape.

Let’s stop misinforming people and start educating 🤝🏼
