Our next Transplant Journey online meeting takes place at 6pm UK time next Thursday, 29th January.

Research and experience show that when patients - and their loved ones - meet someone who has successfully gone through a liver transplant, see how well they're doing years later, and have the opportunity to ask questions about the process, it can be both informative and deeply reassuring.

Our next Men with PBC session is next week on Wednesday 28 January at 7pm UK time.

These meetings are an opportunity to meet and chat with other men affected by PBC.

Although men are welcome at any of our meetings, we’ve responded to the need from the community to have a space just for men.

Here's what one of the attendees has said about these meetings: "By attending the monthly session with other men I don't feel alone. I look forward to chatting with others who understand."

Our next Choose Me Tuesday self-care session is tomorrow at 6pm (UK time).

The theme this week is: Winter Wellbeing.

Here's what one of the regular Choose Me Tuesday attendees has said about the sessions:
"Since joining the sessions last October I feel that this was one of the best. I particularly liked the way the session was structured with a real focus on mindfulness and guided breathing.

It is also helpful that you have a recap at the beginning of the session and summary at the end in terms of learning/key take away points and going forward.

Since joining these sessions I feel I have really benefited in terms of developing a tool kit, hints and tips from others and forming connections.

Thank you so much, your knowledge and skills are much appreciated."

**New campaign: This is My PBC **

This is My PBC is a disease awareness initiative developed and funded by Ipsen, that seeks to raise awareness of the need for people living with PBC to know more about their disease and understand that everyone’s experience is different – and valid.

Getting to know your PBC can help you to take charge of your PBC journey. By understanding your own condition, your own biochemistry, your symptoms and how PBC affects you, you will have more influence on your daily quality of life.

Discover resources to help you get the most out of your appointments and real experiences from people living with PBC.
