Bench press without a rack challenge..

Let's get this challenge going.. who wants to bench press without a rack?

How much weight can you do and how many reps will you get?

I did 10 reps at 225lbs. No Rack, no spotter.. load and unload.. who is up? Tag or hash tag compoundbody when you do your set..

Its true and it's also not true.. You can definitely stay or get lean by eating clean but it's not the only way.. It's one of the many ways.. Also what is eating clean? Eating clean is relative to the person..

Some people say cutting carbs is eating clean, some say eating only certain carbs is eating clean, everyone says a bunch of things.. You can eat clean and still not be lean, you can eat fast food and do whatever and still be lean.. But if you want to be HEALTHY! Then that's where the difference is.. So do you want to be healthy or you just want to be lean..

These are so good.. Egg muffins(veggies sweet potatoes or plantains with eggs and cheese) very easy to make, taste great and very nourishing. There is no right or wrong way to do your food. It's all about what your goal is.. Even if it's just simply to have something that tastes so good without any fitness agenda behind it.. Love what you eat and eat what you love. Don't be in conflict with your food, be in alignment.
