Had to share this morning..... typical spring SORE THROAT.... yuck.... I thought to myself Ruth...... what does your throat need?? Healing? Speaking? Is it a virus??
Message came to me No!! RUTH! It's not your throat it's your thyroid screaming at you for help. Oh!!!
That's easy, marched down to health food store, spent $11.00 on vegetable iodine. Wiped all over my throat up to my ears. Within 10min half the pain was gone. Put oil of oregano in my mouth where my back wisdom teeth were...... tastes bad and you drool a bit for a couple minutes.

This morning.... guess what.......
🙂 Happy throat.... not even scratchy.

I love myself enough to listen to that inner voice. We ALL have one.
