💚 Kildare Sports Partnership are delighted to assist in funding MDC Physiotherapy's Fighting Fit Cancer Rehab Class, starting this Friday!

🟦 This class is designed to provide local exercise classes for people recovering from or currently undergoing cancer treatment. These physiotherapy-led classes will involve both strengthening and cardiovascular exercises as well as educational content regarding exercise benefits. Clients taking part in the class must be cleared to exercise by their Consultant Oncologist. The goal is to facilitate clients to return to baseline activity (and beyond!), with a graded approach to both cardiovascular and strength exercises and a supportive environment!
