Clare Kerrigan Yoga My yoga classes integrate a balance of mindful, strong & dynamic Hatha yoga with more restorative and grounding practices.

My classes integrate a balance of mindful, strong and dynamic Hatha yoga with more restorative and grounding practices. As well as the physical side of the practice - the asanas. I have an interest in integrating yogic philosophy as I experience, live and breath it. I encourage students to explore working with pranayama - breath control and meditation. I believe the practice of yoga brings you home to a sense of wholeness, everything we need we already have inside of us. I ultimately encourage students to experience more stillness, to find clarity in the head and the heart, and an openess in what we say and do.
