If you’re looking to add a new piece of equipment to your home gym or you’ve seen this lying around the gym before, give the hex bar (trap bar) a try!
I personally love it because you can use a lot more weight and still have really good form. Use chalk or straps if need be, and load it up!
It’s especially beneficial if you have bad knees or a sore lower back due to the more vertical position, which makes it easier to have good form and posture while still using a heavy load. Try it for these three exercises!
