Ano ba ang CREATININE⁉️

1. Ito ay isang waste product na nagmumula sa pagtatrabaho ng ating mga Muscles. Tuwing gagalaw ang mga Muscles ay nagkakaroon ng break down ng Creatinine Phosphate sa Muscle at isa ang Creatinine sa mga produkto nito.
