I had the absolute honor of guiding a group family sound bath recently for and family.

Witnessing a family come together, lay side by side, and fully surrender to the healing vibrations of sound was deeply moving. There’s something so profound about shared stillness — no words, just breath, intention, and vibration.
To watch them connect through resonance, support one another through stillness, and emerge more grounded and attuned… it was a reminder of how sound healing isn’t just personal — it’s collective. A bonding, unspoken language of love 💛
So grateful to hold this space.

Made in Colombia by my dear brother, teacher, and friend, each piece holds the wisdom of over 5000 years, echoing the ways Native American peoples used sound not just for entertainment, but to commune with nature and one another. Day 2…
The journey continue to unfold in the second day of our Great Mandala Weaving & Sacred Sound workshop. We explore the connection between sound frequencies, our voice, sacred architecture and mandalas. coming together to paint in our heart the understanding and inherit connection between our voice and creation itself! So powerful!
In awe we contemplated these threads while continuing to weave god’s eye mandalas, unfolding and blooming.

Thank you all you beautiful humans who were part of this heartful experience. It has been such a joy and honour.
