Meditation, Movement and Mindfulness - with Amanda Amanda Tolchard has over 20 years’ experience teaching movement and exercise.

Amanda initially became interested in Yoga as a physical practice and found that the more she practised the more doors opened to looking deeper, being kinder, and being more gentle with herself. Her personal practice has now become threefold in nature encompassing the physical, emotional and spiritual. Pursuing this path alongside the Celebration of Being UK workshops means Amanda offers a unique

perspective with her teaching. Amanda’s Clinical Pilates background ensures clear, safe instruction and a focus on the core muscles in each class. Amanda has a strong focus on alignment when she teaches and combines this with an understanding that everyone is unique and moves in different ways. Amanda seeks to create balance in her classes, incorporating the strength and clarity of masculine essence with the softness and nurturing of feminine energy. She uses breath, movement, clear instructions and a watchful eye to ensure everyone reaches their full potential in class.
